Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our range of curtains and window treatments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design team to customize solutions that meet client specifications and preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home decor or textiles industry.
  • Strong understanding of curtains and window treatment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
