Q-Real Estate is looking for a competent and experienced Accounts & Finance Assistant Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must be strong in reconciliation, reporting, and overall accounting management—especially within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate ledger reconciliation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Maintain A/P and A/R balances efficiently.
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely financial operations.
- Prepare financial and division-wise reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks from bookkeeping to financial management reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis for performance insights.
- Must have experience in real estate accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
Required Experience & Qualification
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Accounting & Finance.
- Education: MBA, B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, or CA (Part-qualified).
- Strong command over accounting practices and financial processes.
