Position: Finance & Administrative Associate

Location: On-site – Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000 – Rs70,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the manager in overseeing daily operations and business workflows.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies.
• Manage financial tasks including payment processing, invoice generation, income tracking, and data entry.
• Communicate with clients regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.
• Prepare accurate financial reports reflecting profit, loss, and expenses.
• Collaborate on annual budgeting and monitor ongoing budget performance.
• Ensure effective handling of banking operations and currency management.
• Reconcile bank and cash records on a regular basis.
• Adhere strictly to all internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Prior experience with accounting software such as SAP is a strong advantage.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms like SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Conflict resolution skills and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive attitude and results-driven work ethic.
