Salary Range: ₹95,000 – ₹100,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Accounts and finance head to oversee and manage the financial operations of our group entities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, compliance, reporting, and decision support, contributing to long-term business stability and growth.

This position requires strong leadership skills, in-depth financial expertise, and the ability to work closely with senior management to drive sound financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Oversee accounting functions, statutory audits, and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory regulations, and regulatory standards
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost-control initiatives
• Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and financial negotiations
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team

Candidate Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification
• 8–12 years of experience in senior or leadership finance roles
• Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience managing audits and preparing financial reports
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities
