Job Title: HR and Performance manager Location: Irumbuppalam, Kollam, Kerala (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;40,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Performance manager to lead key HR functions and support organizational growth at our Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and compliance, while working closely with management to enhance employee engagement and productivity &mdash; particularly within the sales and operations teams.If you&rsquo;re passionate about HR, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy blending people management with process optimization, we&rsquo;d love to have you on our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee full-cycle HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and offboarding.</li><li>Implement, track, and optimize performance management systems to drive team efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews, and KPI assessments for sales and support teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws; assist in audits and documentation.</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Maintain HR databases, employee files, and performance records using HRMS tools.</li><li>Identify training needs and organize skill development programs to boost employee performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in performance management or HR operations.</li><li>Sound knowledge of HRMS systems, MS Excel, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.</li><li>Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to take full ownership of HR operations and performance initiatives.</li><li>Supportive, growth-oriented work culture that values innovation and teamwork.</li><li>Competitive salary and opportunities for career advancement.</li><li>Be part of a forward-thinking organization that values performance, learning, and collaboration.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
