Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Support Officer to oversee store operations, inventory management, stock movement, and purchasing activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations to meet the requirements of showroom, van-sales, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations
• Handle stock receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities
• Maintain accurate records of stock inward and outward movements
• Ensure proper inventory control and documentation procedures
• Conduct periodic stock verification (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to understand stock requirements
• Support and manage purchasing activities for required materials and products
• Follow FIFO practices, monitor expiry dates, and maintain proper storage standards
• Track minimum stock levels and assist in timely reordering
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and organized storage systems
• Prepare basic inventory and purchase reports for management review

Education Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field (Mandatory)

Experience Requirement:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in:
• Warehouse or store management
• Purchasing and procurement
• Logistics or supply chain operations
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or distribution industries will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of inventory management systems and stock control procedures
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, stock management sheets, and ERP systems (if applicable)
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments
• Physically capable of handling warehouse-related responsibilities
• Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
