WAREHOUSE / STORE MANAGER (F&B)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management:
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of food and beverage products.
  • Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO) to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track expiry dates, and coordinate replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular checks for storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
  • Logistics & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with procurement, kitchen/production, and delivery teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners for smooth operations.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement:
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, wastage, and warehouse performance.
  • Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse management, preferably in F&B.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, local F&B standards).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory with focus on perishable products.

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment; may involve temperature-controlled storage.

  • Full-time, may require flexibility for peak periods or urgent deliveries.
