About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Procurement Officer to manage store and warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement activities. This role ensures smooth stock movement, accurate inventory, and timely procurement to support showroom, van-sales, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
- Handle stock receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inflow and outflow.
- Conduct regular inventory checks (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to meet stock requirements.
- Support and manage procurement of materials and products.
- Implement FIFO practices, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage standards.
- Track minimum stock levels and assist in timely reordering.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organized storage systems.
- Prepare basic inventory and purchase reports for management.
Education & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field (mandatory).
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/store management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or distribution industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of inventory management systems and stock control.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, stock sheets, and ERP (if applicable).
- Excellent organization, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Physically capable of handling warehouse responsibilities.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR3,600.00 per month
