Accounts and Finance Manager

With a focus on innovation, transparency, and customer satisfaction, we are looking to strengthen our finance team with a dedicated and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• Monitor cash flows, fund management, and working capital
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
• Handle project costing, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Supervise accounts team and ensure timely closing of books
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
• Assist in strategic planning and decision-making for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA/CMA preferred)
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
