Accounts and Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager, who are pivotal in managing accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Collaborating with leadership, you will drive financial strategy and optimize cash flow. Whose role is crucial in delivering insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making. Success in this position is measured by the accuracy of reports, efficient budget management, and strategic financial insights that aid company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, book-keeping, and financial operations
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Implement internal controls and strengthen financial processes
• Support management with financial analysis for decision-making
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations
• Lead finance team and ensure timely month-end and year-end closure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

• Hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Account management: 4 years (Preferred)
• Financial accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
