Job Description

The Accounts and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Managing accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and supports management in financial decision-making.

  • Ensure adherence to tax laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Oversee tax planning, filing, and statutory audits.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

5. Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor accounting/finance team members.
  • Set performance goals and provide training for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems).
