Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts & Purchase Intern to support our finance and procurement operations. This internship is ideal for any bachelor’s degree candidate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, purchasing, and vendor coordination within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
• Support vendor communication, quotation comparison, and basic negotiation follow-ups.
• Help update and organize accounts and procurement data in Tally and Excel.
• Track material deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams.
• Maintain proper documentation for purchases and financial transactions.
• Provide general support to the Accounts and Procurement teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, Supply Chain management, Engineering or any related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally if required
