Accounts and Taxation Officer

We're seeking an experienced Accounts and Taxation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, handling tax compliance, and providing financial insights.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.

3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.

4. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management.

5. Handle tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns .

2. Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and deadlines.

3. Conduct tax planning and provide advice on tax implications of business decisions.

4. Liaise with tax authorities, respond to queries, and resolve tax-related issues.

Qualification:

Bacheolar of commerce or ACCA would be an edge
