Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping: Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions, journals, ledgers, and financial reports.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, managing payments, issuing invoices to customers, and reconciling accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Answering phones, performing general office tasks to support the accounting department.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure the accuracy of records.
  • Report Assistance: Assisting senior accountants and managers in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Audit Support: Participating in audits by providing documentation and checking records for accuracy.
  • Expense Management: Processing expense reports and claims, including petty cash transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software (Tally).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify discrepancies, cross-check records, and ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Education: While formal degrees are often preferred, vocational training, apprenticeships, can also be pathways into the role

Experience : Min 1 year working knowledge in Tally ( Basic)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
