Ms. Excel Expert (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Beginner-Level Excel Specialist with an Accounts & Finance background to support our finance team. The role will focus on working with Excel to manage financial data, prepare basic reports, and assist in day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Excel basics and a willingness to learn advanced tools and techniques over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update financial spreadsheets in Excel.
• Assist the finance team with data entry, report preparation, and simple financial analysis.
• Use basic Excel functions (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) to organize and analyze data.
• Check financial data for accuracy and help with reconciliations.
• Support in creating simple charts and tables for reports.
• Learn and apply new Excel tools and techniques to improve reporting and processes.
• Provide basic support to colleagues for common Excel-related questions.
• Keep records of Excel templates and processes for easy use by the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, formatting, PivotTables, charts).
• Interest in developing skills in financial analysis and reporting.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in finance and Excel skills.
