Senior Graphic Designer – Night Shift (3–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in creative design, branding, and digital content. This is a night shift position (6 PM – 3 AM) for highly motivated individuals who can lead creative projects, deliver innovative designs, and mentor junior designers while maintaining top-notch quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from concept to final execution across digital and print.
• Design engaging visuals for branding, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to execute creative strategies.
• Provide direction and feedback to junior designers.
• Ensure designs meet deadlines and are aligned with brand identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design tools and trends.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design (senior-level).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, UI/UX, and marketing designs.
• Strong creative thinking, typography, and color theory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire team members.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 70,000 – 90,000 PKR (based on experience).
