Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and technologically savvy Fashion Designer who can harness the power of AI and digital design tools to generate innovative concepts, textile prints, and product designs. The ideal candidate will blend traditional design expertise with AI-driven workflows, using platforms such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and RunwayML alongside Photoshop and Illustrator. This role involves pushing creative boundaries, accelerating the design process, and ensuring RTW Creation stays at the forefront of AI-augmented fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Powered Design Creation: Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to develop unique textile prints, handbag concepts, and design variations.
• Trend Forecasting with AI: Utilize AI-driven trend analysis tools to research global and local fashion movements, color palettes, and consumer preferences.
• Digital Print & Pattern Development: Create AI-assisted textile prints, repeats, and placement designs while ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and design team, integrating AI-generated concepts with traditional design techniques for final collections.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI visualization tools and 3D mockups to present design concepts for faster decision-making and sampling.
• Quality & Feasibility Check: Ensure AI-generated designs are practical for production, meeting technical and quality standards.
• Documentation & Handover: Maintain organized AI prompt libraries, design files, tech packs, and production-ready documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion or textile design (experience with AI design tools is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with AI design platforms (Midjourney, RunwayML, Leonardo.Ai, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Strong understanding of textile patterns, color theory, and generative design workflows.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to merge artistic creativity and AI-powered experimentation.
