Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Newzen Green Energy India Pvt. Ltd. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling cash flow in the office. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.

Preferable: Candidate in and around Bengalury, Karnataka or willing to relocate.

Workdays: Monday to Saturday (On-Site)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers in Tally Prime.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable (sundry debtors and creditors).
  • Prepare and file accurate and timely GST returns, ensure compliance with all GST regulations. And reconcile GST input and output tax.
  • Travel to banks and auditor's office for banking transactions, providing necessary documentations and information's for audits (If necessary).
  • Preparation and filing of Quarterly TDS returns and ensuring filing is done before the due date
  • Managing staff expense reimbursements.
  • Working closely with the operation departments ensure smooth processes.

Qualifications and Skills required

  • 1+ years of Experience in relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferable from a renewable energy operation.
