Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounts department in various daily tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations. This role is a great opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Handling day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Reconciling bank statements and company accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assisting with audits and tax preparations.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Tally is must.
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
