Accounts Assistant

India

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoice payments, payment follow-ups, and full support to the team, ensuring smooth and accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoice payments accurately and on time.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors through calls and emails regarding pending payments.
  • Provide complete support to the team on all invoice and payment-related matters.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks independently and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist management in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 year experience in accounting/finance, capable of handling end-to-end responsibilities.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles.
  • Good communication skills (oral & written).
  • Proficiency in computer applications and accounting software.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
