Accounts Support – International Business Resources

Location: World Trade Centre (above Giga Mall), Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan

Company Overview:
International Business Resources, based in Rawalpindi, provides administrative and operational support services to international clients, primarily in the UK. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Support Assistant to assist our UK-based logistics clients. The role involves managing various aspects of the accounts department, including purchase ledger maintenance, invoicing, and credit control, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales invoices using accounting platforms such as Kashflow and QuickBooks
  • Maintain and update the sales ledger
  • Follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments
  • Record and process purchase invoices
  • Review and authorize purchase and employee payments
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Communicate with existing clients and handle inquiries from potential customers
  • Maintain accurate internal databases and records
  • Track and analyze business expenses, including employee mileage
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field)
  • Proficient in using email communication tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • High level of numeracy, attention to detail, and IT skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Kashflow, or Sage
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a team-player mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Flexibility is required for occasional morning or weekend shifts based on business needs
