  • Checking sales reports, verification of the same and pass the necessary entries
  • Preparation of daily and monthly reports
  • Ensure the collection is deposited on a daily basis and pass the necessary entries
  • Liaise with store managers for any sort of clarification in the daily sales and deposits.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit, cash sales and deposits
  • Book all expenses in the respective units on time
  • Prepare the necessary schedules for the monthly closing entries
  • Proper filing of all required documents
  • Checking of VM and store petty cash expenses and do the necessary entries with the approval of Sr. Accountant/ Accounts Manager and arrange the reimbursement.
  • Maintain proper record of gift voucher sales
  • Follow up on utility bills of all DHG stores and timely payment of the same
  • Assist Supervisor in their day to day activities as directed
