We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our back-office team in Coimbatore. The candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, specifically related to logistics operations such as freight billing, vendor payments, and client invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and posting invoices, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
  • Maintain daily entries in ERP system (sales, purchase, and journal entries).
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for freight and shipping cost verification.
  • Track and update accounts receivable and payable records.
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with monthly financial closing.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Fresher (0–1 year). Prior internship in logistics or accounting preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles

  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Salary between 15k to 16k pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
