Core responsibilities
- Data entry and maintenance: Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally software.
- Account reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Report generation: Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Payments and invoicing: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Tax and compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations (like GST) and company policies, and assist with filing tax returns.
Additional duties
- Payroll management: Handle payroll calculations, including EPF and ESI, and manage related payments.
- Inventory management: Maintain records of inventory items.
- Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and conducting periodic checks.
- Financial analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and general financial analysis.
- Administrative tasks: Communicate with employees and handle other administrative tasks related to finance.
Key skills and qualifications
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance) and/or certification in Tally is often required.

Pay: ₹8,126.96 - ₹29,263.90 per month
