Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities. This role is crucial to ensuring our financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Work closely with accountants and management to support financial decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field preferred
