Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile bank statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related returns
• Monitor and manage cash flow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with MSMEs or agencies
• Knowledge of payroll processing and inventory accounting

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA-Inter (Preferred)
