Job Description – Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Assistant to support the accounting team with daily financial tasks. The role involves maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with routine accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Prepare and update daily expense sheets and voucher entries.
  • Support in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
  • Help in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for bill submissions and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
  • Support the accountant during audits and month-end activities.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP software.
  • Good numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
