The Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations of Roverz MotorBikes, ensuring accurate financial records, timely billing, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents
- Record daily transactions, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and expense statements
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
- Maintain sales, purchase, and stock-related accounting records
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on payments
- Assist during audits and provide required documents
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with GST and basic taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance (Automobile industry experience preferred
