The Accounts Assistant will support day-to-day accounting operations of Roverz MotorBikes, ensuring accurate financial records, timely billing, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents
  • Record daily transactions, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and expense statements
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and cash management
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
  • Maintain sales, purchase, and stock-related accounting records
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on payments
  • Assist during audits and provide required documents
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with GST and basic taxation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance (Automobile industry experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
