Accounts Assist. – Interior & Fit-Out Company (UAE)

We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Accounts Asst. to join our growing Interior & Fit-Out company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior or fit-out projects and be capable of handling company accounts along with general office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily company and project accounts
  • Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding materials and payments
  • Maintain financial records and project documentation
  • Handle general office administration and coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience (Interior/Fit-Out experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Immediate joiners only
  • Male candidates only
