Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Bank reconciliation.
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Assisting with variety of administrative tasks.
Has ability to multi task and can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Flexible to various tasks assignments.
Good correspondence and communication skills.
Attentive to details. MS Office tools proficient.
Digital and social media content creating and writing.
