Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

The Accountant Assistant supports the accounting department by performing clerical and administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping. This role assists with maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries as requested
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Verify the accuracy of financial data and correct discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Odoo: 1 year (Preferred)
