Job Summary:

The Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts and Finance Department in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of payments and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
  • Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Maintain filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Perform other accounts-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B. Com, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
