Job Summary:
The Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts and Finance Department in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of payments and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
- Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Perform other accounts-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B. Com, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
