Executive Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our account and finance team. If you have good communication skills and can handle daily accounting tasks efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Data Entry: Check and process pending entries from the team WhatsApp group. Update and confirm each entry with screenshots upon completion.
- Purchase & Expense Verification: Verify the previous day’s purchase records with Hammad Sb and expense records with Salman Sb (ensuring all original supporting bills are attached).
- Voucher Management: Post bank payment and receipt vouchers with complete details (e.g., TID, client names) and maintain manual files.
- Cash & Ledger Management: Handle daily cash-in-hand records, reconcile ledgers daily, and perform bi-weekly bank reconciliations.
- System Updates: Take approval from the CEO (Talha Sb) before creating any new account heads in the software.
- Daily Reporting: Submit a daily reporting sheet and ledger reconciliation updates before closing the day.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills: Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
