Accounts Assistant cum Night Auditor – Hotel

Key Responsibilities

· Process supplier invoices and payments

· Record daily financial transactions accurately

· Reconcile bank statements and accounts

· Assist with payroll preparation

· Maintain financial records and filing systems

· Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

· Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation

· Balance room revenue, cash, and credit card transactions

· Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports

· Verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies

· Handle late check-ins and early check-outs

· Ensure hotel security and safety procedures are followed

Requirements

· Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· Strong numerical and analytical skills

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently during night shifts

· High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
