10X Digital is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency specializing in web design, SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support our operations and finance team.

Role Overview

The Accountant will work closely with the Operations team to manage day-to-day financial activities, invoicing, collections, payments, and financial records. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial discipline, and follow-up skills for client recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections/recoveries
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
• Process vendor payments and expense reimbursements
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Coordinate with operations team on billing, project costing, and payment status
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and receipts
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and cash flow tracking
• Support management with financial data when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience handling invoicing, receivables, and payment follow-ups
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication skills (especially for payment follow-ups)
• Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams efficiently
