Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team . The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Support audits and reconciliations
  • Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • UAE accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Tagalog Speaking Female Candidates are Preferred
