Job Summary:
An Accounts Assistant supports the finance team by handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
