Position: Accounts Assistant – Inventory

Qualification: B.Com (Preferred)

Software: Tally Prime (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Maintain and monitor frozen stock points for both retail and manufacturing units.

• Conduct daily actual vs. physical stock verification (including cold storage items).

• Ensure strict tracking of frozen chicken, breaded products, and raw materials.

• Maintain adequate buffer stock to avoid production or retail shortages.

Stock Documentation

• Maintain inward/outward registers for frozen items.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

• Update stock entries promptly in Tally Prime.

Purchase Coordination

• Monitor stock availability and instruct the purchase team for timely procurement.

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock updates.

Accounts Support

• Assist with stock valuation for month-end accounts.

• Support accounts team with inventory-related data, GRNs, and purchase bills.

• Ensure accurate posting of inventory transactions in Tally.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow proper FIFO, batch tracking, expiry monitoring for frozen products.

• Ensure cold storage temperature compliance and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory and accounts

• Familiar with frozen foods handling (stocks, expiry, batch, FIFO)

• Proficiency in Tally Prime

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work with purchase, production, and accounts teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
