Accounts Assistant (Male)

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing payables and receivables.
  • Ensure accurate entry of financial and business data.
  • Support in bank reconciliations and ledger balancing.
  • Help in the preparation of sales tax invoices.
  • Maintain and organize financial files and digital records.
  • Communicate with banks and internal departments when required.
  • Record and update work orders as well as inventory details.
  • Provide assistance to the finance team on additional tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com (preferred)
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a finance/accounting role

Skills:

  • Strong command of MS Excel and accounting tools
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in work
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
