Admin Intern (Leading to Job)/ Onsite

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to support our administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and eager to contribute to smooth office operations. You will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, record-keeping, and coordination, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in managing office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with data entry, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure office maintenance, supplies, and equipment are managed efficiently.
  • Assist management with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / Related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience in an administrative or coordination role (fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
