Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Part-Time Lawyer to join our Lahore office. The role involves providing legal support to the company, ensuring compliance with laws, and safeguarding business interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate, property, and contract law and be able to handle legal matters independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on business, real estate, and corporate matters.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani laws and company policies.
• Handle legal correspondence, notices, and documentation.
• Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings when required.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports for management.
• Liaise with external law firms, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• LLB or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution (license to practice in Pakistan required).
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani corporate, real estate, and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday — 4 hours daily

Compensation:

• Competitive part-time salary (finalized during the interview based on experience).
