Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Legal Associate to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal expertise and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role involves providing legal consultations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in various legal matters. The Legal Associate will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal standards and advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultations and advice to clients on various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, or mediation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of legal cases, correspondence, and related documents.
• Assist in the development of legal strategies and solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Required Skills:

• Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Client Service: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving legal issues.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Research: Proficient in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Representation: Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
• Experience in a legal environment or working with legal services.
• Fluency in English and Urdu.
