Manager Internal Auditor Technical

One of the leading firms is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for the position of:

Manager – Internal Audit (Technical)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Qualification & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Power Plant).
• IMS/ISO certifications in Quality Management, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management are strongly preferred.
• Candidates actively working towards these certifications will also be considered.

Experience:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in power & water utility sector.
• Minimum 4 years in O&M of plants with exposure to Internal/External audits, Risk Management, and Compliance.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in risk-based auditing and technical compliance reviews.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical internal audits across mechanical, electrical, and power plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with IMS/ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement areas, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Report findings to senior management and support in strategic decision-making.
