Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Demand Package Specialist (VA) to join our personal injury legal team. This role focuses on preparing persuasive demand packages to submit to insurance adjusters, ensuring strong settlement negotiations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and prepare clear treatment summaries.
• Calculate damages including medical bills, lost wages, and pain & suffering.
• Draft compelling demand letters that highlight case strengths and evidence.
• Submit demand packages to insurance companies and track adjuster responses.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to strengthen negotiation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong legal writing and persuasive communication skills.
• Knowledge of personal injury damages calculation.
• Experience preparing demand letters or settlement packages (preferred).
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior law firm or insurance claim experience is a plus.
