Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Remote – Night Shift, USA Time)
Location: Onsite
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (USA Time)
Location: 111-K Sector k DHA Phase 1 Lahore

Job Description:

Kontempo Digital is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This is an onsite position requiring strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and experience with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Manage and update multiple CRM platforms, including Salesforce and QuickBooks, to track sales and client interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently.
• Repost content across multiple business platforms.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Excellent USA accent and strong English communication skills are a must.
• Experience in call centers or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift (USA time).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
