Job Description (JD):

  • Manage front desk operations (calls, visitors, scheduling).
  • Assist team in daily coordination.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and office communication.
  • Ensure smooth office environment and client hospitality.
  • Support event planning, meetings, and vendor coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of office coordination/receptionist experience.
  • Good communication skills in English & Urdu.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
