ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (MALE)

Deejhons Pharma is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions with integrity and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare invoices, manage petty cash, and handle expense tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors and support in audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Maintain updated records of company assets and inventory where required.
• Support management with data entry, report generation, and documentation tasks.
• Visit banks for deposits cheque submissions, withdrawals, and other assigned banking tasks.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Education: B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
• Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or finance role (Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
