Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare corresponding purchase invoice against purchase.

2. Prepare goods receive notes. Ensure parking vehicle status

3. Preparing purchase entry after unloading process and cross check if there is any shortage.

4. Preparing stock summary report

5. Preparing check post declaration.

6. Preparing weigh bridge report

7. Ensuring physical stock against CRF

8. Comparing weigh bridge report against security office register

9. Preparing invoice in software against SAP report

10. Rectifying physical stock variance

11. Freight invoice settlement outside transporter.

12. Comparing rate in purchase invoice with price during placing order with purchase head

13. Daily filling invoice

14. Keeping the work place area clean and tidy.

15. Ensure updates in purchase order

KPI s:

1. Stock Variance

2. Outside transporter

3. Weigh Bridge variance

4. Sales return

5. Daily stock report

6. Material receiving in transit

7. Bundling damage

8. Variance

9. Material receiving details

10. Reorder status

Candidate should be from Belgaum Location preferred,Should have Hindi language knowledge and computer proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Belagavi, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
