Key Responsibilities
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing financial records, responding to queries, and gathering necessary documentation.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports and other statutory filings.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and manage expenses
