Job Title: Accounts Billing Clerk / Data Entry Operator

Experience: Fresh Candidate or up to 1 Year Experience
Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting transactions and bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Data Entry, Basic Formulas, Sorting & Filtering)
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize records and maintain documentation
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Enter accounting and billing data accurately into the system
- Prepare and process customer invoices and billing records
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents
- Assist in updating accounts receivable and accounts payable records
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies when required
- Generate routine reports using Excel and accounting software
- Maintain organized filing of accounting and billing documents
- Support the accounts team in daily financial and administrative tasks
